Amazon Robotics creates high-tech robots and workstations that empower associates to run our fulfillment centers safely and efficiently. I’m part of a small UX Design team that researches and designs digital interfaces, interactions and workflows that make this a reality.
Among others, my main accomplishments so far have been:
- Creating and leading product level UX Test Plans
- Redesigning how customer feedback is collected, measured, and used for product development across different programs
- Design common UI elements across multiple workstation interfaces
